In the field of modern mechanical processing, grinding is an advanced precision machining method, and centerless grinding is a special type of grinding that is carried out on a centerless grinder. This machining is a widely used machining method in mechanical manufacturing systems, which achieves low-carbon grinding by grinding machines and studies the parameterization of CNC grinding for low-carbon grinding.

In the process of application, it is a very convenient, sensitive, and convenient device with control systems and simple operations, good quality and high accuracy, low investment, and economic operation. It is suitable for both single room production and small batch processing as well as large batch production of workpieces. The equipment has a wide range of applications, and even for grinding operations with messy surfaces, it can effectively achieve the reliability of the operation.

Grinding fluid is mainly used to reduce grinding temperature, improve surface processing quality of centerless grinding machines, improve grinding efficiency, and extend the service life of grinding wheels. From the perspective of improving grinding efficiency, the following conditions should be met:

1. Cooling effect. The main method is to remove grinding heat from the grinding zone, reducing its grinding temperature. The cooling performance mainly depends on thermal conductivity, specific heat, vaporization heat, vaporization speed, flow rate, flow rate, and cooling method. The foam affects the cooling performance because the air in the foam has poor thermal conductivity. 2. Lubrication effect. The lubrication performance is related to the ability to form a lubricating film. Grinding fluid can penetrate between the abrasive particles and the surface of the workpiece, and form a lubricating film on the metal surface. The lubricating film consists of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption. Physical adsorption mainly relies on oily additives, which have a strong adsorption effect on metal surfaces.

3. Cleaning effect. It can wash away grinding and detached abrasive particles, preventing blockage of the grinding wheel and scratches on the already processed workpiece. The cleaning performance is related to the permeability and the pressure used by the flowability machine. Add active agents while increasing grinding pressure and flow rate to improve cleaning ability.

4. Rust prevention effect. Adding rust inhibitor has a rust preventive effect.

5. It is required that the grinding fluid is non-toxic, odorless, non irritating to the skin, has good chemical stability, is not prone to corruption, does not produce foam, and the waste liquid is easy to be treated and regenerated to avoid environmental pollution.
