　　The 455-205 fully automatic step forming grinding machine adopts a six axis linkage and adopts a Delta NC310 control system. The servo motor adopts a high-end Delta absolute value memory driver, without the need for additional sensors or limiters, reducing waste of time when replacing different grinding workpieces. The electronic control alarm is prompted by the system's Chinese subtitles. The electronic control of the entire machine is constantly monitored by the system (including the robotic arm, loading and unloading cylinders). The main feed is repeatedly positioned by a 1:50 precision planetary reducer matched with a servo motor, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.001mm. The robotic arm is a truss type arm that uses a single group of double insertion loading and unloading, reducing waste of time. The skateboard surface adopts heavy-duty MV shaped guide rails, which are heavy cutting, wear free, and have an ultra long service life.
