The main feed is repeatedly positioned by a 1:50 precision planetary reducer matched with a servo motor, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.001mm. The machine tool control system adopts a bus based system, using a high positioning absolute value servo motor, without the need to install sensors, and without the need to return to the original point after power outage. The truss manipulator adopts precise helical gear transmission for movement, with precise positioning and low noise. The oil injection for the upper and lower slide rails is done by an automatic lubrication pump, without the need for manual oil injection.
